AS I was going about my life and learning as much as I could about "The Secret" and the Law of Attraction, A situation came up that I really wanted to have happen.

Dr Joe Vitale, one of the many teachers in the DVD movie "The Secret" was going to be holding a Miracles Seminar right here in my home town of San Diego! Joe is one of my favorite teachers out of the entire video! I was so excited to see that Joe was going to be here in San Diego! I won't have to go to Texas or anywhere else to see him! Travelling is hard for me to do, as it is expensive.

Joe was going to host a Miracles Weekend seminar here in San diego, and I was all excited about it!

There was only one problem. I didn't have the money to attend the seminar!! It costs $997 to attend, and I didn't have that much money in the account!

So I asked the Universe (God / Universe... the same thing) for divine help. I really, REALLY wanted to go to Joe's event, but I had no way of coming up with $997 in such a short time. Especially, since I was unemployed and struggling to make ends meet with the little money I did have. So I decided to give the Law Of Attraction a try, since I had nothing else to lose!

I prayed, put in my request to the Universe for me to attend the Miracles Seminar, imagined being there. I forgot all about it.
A week went by, and I was invited by e-mail to attend a teleseminar on Money ( the very thing I needed more of ) by Joe Vitale and one of his business partners Mark Ryan. I attended the seminar by telephone, and took lots of notes. At the end of the seminar, Mark Ryan chose 10 people at random (out of a 1000 callers) to win free scholarships to the Miracles Weekend in San Diego..

I didn't hear who had won, so I listened to the seminar until it ended. I went back to my daily work routine as usual.

It was a few days later, that I got an e-mail from Joe's Executive Assistant. She had told me that I had WON one of those Free Scholarships to the Miracles Weekend! Whoo Hoo! I was in shock that I had actually been delivered a free ticket to the Miracles Weekend... the VERY thing I asked the Universe for! I got it! My wish came TRUE! I couldn't believe it.... yet it had happened!

The only catch was that I was on my own to pay for hotels and meals. I didn't need a hotel, as the Seminar was local to San Diego, and it was a few miles to from my house. So I skipped on the hotel reservations, and had to debate about the meals. The resort was a bit pricey for the meals, and I had to really decide for 3 days which meals I would pay for, and which ones I would skip out on. It was not cheap, as the meals cost more than I spend a month on food. I was told by the executive assistant that it was at the meal times that I would get the chance to meet with Dr Joe Vitale personally. It would be too hard to meet him during the seminar speaking.

So I took the plunge and spent money on the meals that I really couldn't afford to spend. I did it anyways. I had to "trust" in the universe and go on inspiration.

The Miracles Weekend came, and I was there on the Friday night meet and greet in the evening. I arrived to the registration table to get my name tag and the schedule for the weekend. I was barely at the table for a few moments, when I looked up, and there was Dr Joe Vitale! He was coming around the table to see all the arriving guests.... I took a brave move, and reached out my hand to Joe and Saying hi to him! I couldn't believe it! A world famous, best selling writer that I had admired for many years and wanted to meet in person, and I FINALLY got to meet him! One of my dreams has come true!

I later asked him a few questions about his life and writings. As we were getting the food, I was shocked when after I finished talking to Joe, he invited me to sit at his table! Huh? My mind was spinning... I was saying in my mind "was this REALLY happening? THE Joe Vitale who had been on Larry king twice, on Oprah and many other talk shows? This is the same Joe who has written an astounding amount of books, many of which are best sellers on Amazon.com? One of his books even BEAT Harry Potter on the amazon best seller list!

I was excited to sit at the table with Joe, as he was only 2 seats to my left, and next to me was his wife Nerissa. We got a chance to talk about many things, and Nerissa was a Video producer. So I got to learn a few things about video editing, etc.

I chatted with Joe for a while, until many of the other guests had wanted to talk to him. I just sat there in awe, eating expensive food that I couldn't afford, but gave me a chance to meet my favorite Author and his wife...

The entire weekend was Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I met many interesting people from all backgrounds and walks of life. College students, investors, realtors, business people, blue collar, white collar workers, computer programmers, teachers, public speakers, etc. It was a very amazing weekend full of miracles. Including the chance to get the new Abundance Course Joe had just made.. which I wanted to get, but couldn't afford to get. I was able to get a free copy of the course at the seminar!

One of my missions was to get an official photo of me with Joe. I got that wonderful chance on the last day of the seminar. I felt like a million bucks, standing next to a hero of mine. Joe Vitale... a man who went from being homeless and broke to a world famous writer and multi millionaire in a few years! You can see the photo on the left!

Joe and his wife had test drove the new Rolls Royce Phantom car at Symbollic Motors of La Jolla, which is the "Beverly Hills" of San Diego. I've been to that dealership myself in the past to drool over the exotic sports cars and luxury cars in the showroom floor. Ferrari's, Lambos, Rolls-Royces, Bentleys, and other beautiful cars. Nerissa (Joe's wife) was excited about the car, and told me about what a dream it was to ride in it.

The Rolls-Royce is my dream car. I've wanted one since I was 16 years old. I am now 42. I will keep on trying until I finally succeed in a business that can pay for the dream car.

Until then, I will have to wait.

Joe and his wife were very down to earth people. Despite the world fame, fortune and success they were very approachable and friendly people. I have a deeper respect for Joe and Nerrissa. Unlike Hollywood celebrities who become snobs and think they are superior to the rest of humanity, the Vitales were very nice people... the kind you would invite over for a barbecue and hang out with.

I am grateful and fortunate that I had another dream of mine come true. I got to meet Joe, talk with him, learn a few things and to be proud to be photographed with. One of my heroes and inspirations for success. If he can succeed... so can I! Joe went from living on the streets of Texas, to living in a beautiful estate in Texas. Proof positive that dreams can come true. He wanted to become a best selling writer, and he DID IT! He lives an incredible life of luxury, far from the life of pain, poverty and starvation many years ago...

Thank you JOE! For giving me hope in my dreams too!
